Mesh Banner for Indoor and Outdoor Display

The Mesh Banner is a lightweight custom-printed polyester banner suitable for indoor and outdoor promotional display. Manufactured from 100% polyester fabric at 115 g/m² with a three-thread mesh construction, it can be produced to custom dimensions and finished with metal eyelets for straightforward fixing to fences, railings, façades, event structures and other suitable surfaces.

The full textile surface can be customised with your own colours, logos, photography, event branding and promotional artwork.

Lightweight 115 g/m² Polyester Construction

This version is supplied exclusively in 115 g/m² polyester. The material uses a three-thread mesh construction and is designed to be lightweight, washable and colourfast for repeated promotional use.

It is suitable for a wide range of applications including sports clubs, events, exhibitions, construction sites, promotional campaigns and welcome displays.

Custom Sizes

The Mesh Banner is made to custom dimensions, allowing the width and height to be specified to suit the installation area.

For larger banners, joins may be required where a finished dimension exceeds approximately 3.10 metres.

Eyelet Options

Metal eyelets are fitted around the banner perimeter to make installation easier. You can choose eyelets positioned approximately:

• Every 50 cm
• Every 100 cm

The eyelets have an internal diameter of approximately 1 cm and are finished in a gold colour.

Reinforced Finishing

The polyester banner includes a reinforced perimeter strip together with a sewn edge finish designed for regular installation and removal.

• Double-stitched construction
• 10 mm double hem
• Symmetrical double stitching
• Approximate stitch width of 5 mm

Full-Colour Custom Printing

The 115 g/m² polyester is printed one side using CMYK dye-sublimation printing. This produces a vibrant custom graphic suitable for business branding, sports clubs, events, marketing campaigns and promotional displays.

Please note that because sublimation printing uses heat, the finished polyester material may vary in size by up to approximately ±5%.

Important Product Note

This product is the lightweight 115 g/m² polyester option. It should not be confused with heavier PVC mesh banner material. The construction is textile-based and uses the supplier-specified three-thread mesh structure.
